06:22		akabeko	すばらしいのですが、少しだけ気になる点があります。h2 (Vivliostyle License FAQ の部分) に指定された margin: 64px 0 30px; によりスクロール位置が最上段の際に h2 と右にあるメニューの水平が揃わず h2 が下がります。 おそらくこれは先行要素に対する margin-top 用だと思いますので h2:first-child { margin-top: 0; } を追加するなどして、先頭のものだけ打ち消すと更によいと思います。

06:27		akabeko	打ち消しなどを避ける方法として、スクロール方向が下 or 右だけと仮定して、top/left 方向の margin は指定せず常に bottom/right 方向だけ指定してゆく、というのもありますね。

06:34		yamasy1549	コメントありがとうございます。他のページと揃えているので、h2の位置は合っています。ページ先頭で目次の高さがh2と合っていないのは、スクロール時の目次の見た目を優先しているからです
