Provide feedback on Principles and Objectives by June 6: ActivitySim Objectives/Key Results Spreadsheet

Recommendation to link results to fiscal year instead of calendar year (Q1 starts July 1)
A spreadsheet includes principles and objectives, with key results, frequency, person responsible, and assessment
For the example “reduce memory burden for the ARC example model to run on a workstation with 256GB of RAM”, the current management plan includes and OKR subcommittee and they would reach out to the Engineering Lead to define Key Results metrics/goals, such as this one.
Noted that there will be potential overlap in responsibilities between Product Manager and Community Manager. If they are not the same person, they would need to coordinate.
ACTION ITEM: Now would be a good time to get feedback on wording of Objectives, now that there are examples of how objectives pair with key results.
- Desire to come to some agreement on what the principles/objectives are, within the next week, so WSP can move forward with come confidence.
