- Check AMPO budget related to website needs
- @Joe, @Alex discuss website improvements
- Releases
- Released version 0.9.2
- Fixed an activitysim issue due to the latest version of pandas
- Fixed a populationsim issue due to the latest version of ortools
- We should add TravisCI testing for Windows since many users are on Windows and some things are a little different than on Mac/Linux, see #297
- Reminder that we need maintenance budget in upcoming phases of work
- @Ben talked with TransLink and BEAM about using ActivitySim
Task 4 I/O Improvements (milestone)
- Documentation updates done for saving of logsums revisions
Task 5 TNCs (milestone)
- Taxi, single TNC, shared TNC working; need to run full example to summarize results and also update docs
- Improved stable random number generation for destination choice sampling by adding ability to broadcast random numbers across alternatives
- We're standing up version 1 of TNC support under this task with the expectation that we may revisit the approach to TNCs modeling in a later phase of work when we have better data. SANDAG also uses the lognormal wait times by density bins approach. We could add the TNC2.0 task to Alex's future features / roadmap page.
- This feature is just TNCs (and not AVs). AVs may be added later.
- Reached out to Ohio DOT about CT-RAMP 2 approach for TNCs and they will soon respond
Task 6 Model Developer Tutorial (milestone)
- We'll discuss this next week, Friday 2/21
- Working on cool command line tool to distribute the example to make the tutorial/user experience better. Testing with the bca tool (as part of another project) and then let's create for ActivitySim.
