Discuss comments and revisions to Phase 6a draft scope
- When we extended the estimation mode task beyond the scoped mode choice and destination choice submodel examples, we completed the Python code changes to read survey files, override choices, write estimation data bundles, and restructured the expression files. We did not create larch estimation examples for each additional submodel.
- For task complete estimation mode for trip models, let me think some more about the larch estimation integration examples for the other submodels.
- I'll make a few more revisions to the scope and share mid next week for discussion on Friday
Need to finalize PR #323 to fix min inbound departure times
MWCOG is learning ActivitySim and suggests we autocalculate chunksize because its model would be run by several regional partners with different machine specs and needs and figuring out the right setting will be tricky for users

Reviewed relevant information from peer projects like matsim, astropy, visioneval
Making some progress on the strategic development and contribution plan outline here

Need to finish updating the examples and tutorials to use the example distribution system

Team discuss ideas for a more complete test example to really exercise performance, memory usage, and other issues
We're working on the design for downstream models to use the new data structures
