- Georgetown Beeck Center Case Study Update
- BayDAG
- WSP and RSG to present changes in BayDAG, proposed to be merged into ActivitySim

- Any interest of opposition from consortium to having colleen present her findings
- Notification to all consortium members about the panel discussion in future.

Beeck Center Case Study
- The focus of the case study is on governance and some lessons learned from the activitySIM project.
- Joe informed that links and website are shared with consortium for their perusal.
- Joe asked if there is any interest in the group to ask Colleen to talk about the findings of the study.
- Colleen had also reached to know if Alex, Joe or other consortium members would be interested to participate in a public panel discussion in April.

AMPO Conference
- Caitlin asked if new submissions can be done by end of today.
- The audience for annual conference is executive directors, planning managers, planners and even board members.
- Technical symposium is capped to 125 folks and is catered to technical practitioners level. Tech symposium happens every other year.
- Jeff suggested to participate in the 2024 conference rather than 2023.
- Caitlin suggested to include participating in conference to be included in the roadmap of growing the consortium.
- Decided not to present in the AMPO Conference this year.

TRB Innovations Conference
- RSG and CS are presenting at the TRB Innovations conference
- Joe stated that consortium’s prior approval is required for any consortium-funded work on ActivitySim that is planned to be presented to any conference.

“BayDAG”
- David and Sijia gave tour of changes
- Complete documentation is missing in the PR
- Accept the PR as-is in the develop branch and merge with the changes for ORCA extension. More documentation will be added as another PR.
