Project Management

• Budget for next round of funding will be about $165k, @Bill to finalize after the call
• I will finalize scope and cost estimate after that and send to Bill for the draft contract
• Amendment will be for 12 months, but we'll work ahead of schedule so we can amend if desired
• SANDAG has already paid; PSRC will pay this summer
• @Bill will prepare the contract amendment

Documentation

• I need to finish the documentation of the recent revisions with the remaining phase 3 funds
• Plan is to finish this by TRB
