TAB Charter - Deliverables

The Technical Advisory Board (TAB) has the following key deliverables:

Technical Feedback and Decisions: Providing constructive feedback and making informed decisions on technical proposals, ensuring they align with the project’s goals and standards.
Technical Standards and Guidelines: Establishing clear technical standards, guidelines, and best practices. This includes maintaining standard specifications such as CIRCE, Hydra, Strategus, WebAPI, Perseus, THEMIS, and others.
Stable Release Schedules: Coordinating a stable 6-month delivery schedule across OHDSI projects, including maintaining a list of included software versions and their testing status. Ensuring timely and reliable software releases.
Coding Standards and Testing Procedures: Developing and documenting coding standards and software testing procedures to enhance code quality and reliability.
Usage Assessment Mechanisms: Developing mechanisms to assess the usage of OHDSI software in the field, providing insights into how the software is being utilized and areas for improvement.
Vendor Platform Support Documentation: Documenting what is needed to support various vendor platforms, working collaboratively with OHDSI user groups. This includes support for additional databases and integration with different systems.
