These are the Properties tab settings I typically use for displaying along-tract results in TrackVis. [See also this video].

Render = Tube
- Radius = 1
- Number of sides = 12
Color code = Scalar
- Scalar = (choose one)
- Spectrum = (choose one)

Scalar	Spectrum	Low	High
FA	Rainbow (blue→red)	0.2	0.8
Effect size	Rainbow (blue→red)	-0.1	+0.1
P-values	yellow→red	0	0.1
