ghns: if logged in via kaccounts, allow to use "heart" symbol to mark anything a favorite. then allow to filter any category to show your favorites, with option to pick or download/install all of them again on a fresh system

Dash menu: STILL get the issue of opening the menu every once in a while and hovering any entry (shutdown options, favs, programs) first icon does not highlight and therefore cant be clicked.
