Dolphin: copying files over network speed is still abmysal #244

getting only 4-5, should be at least 40, on windows getting 60-80 when copying files over network on windows samba share NAS. gigabit network:

so 1Gig takes some minutes, almost impossible to wait for bigger parts moving, like >10Gig
