Blinking Lights

I tried to come up with a series of lights that were flashing that would dim and brighten when controlled by the potentiometer, but couldn't get both of them. I figured out the code for dimming the LEDs with the potentiometer and the code to make the LEDS flash, but I don't know how to combine them together. I also wanted to put more LEDS but ran out of space.
