1. Finalization of the use-case diagrams
2. Review and finalization of the class diagrams
3. Deciding sequence diagrams looking over the relevant use-case and class diagrams' parts
4. Distributing the work among the team members by assigning tasks related to our discussion

Discussion

1. We went over the use-case diagram one last time and checked anything missing or incomplete.
2. We specifically went over the events part of the use-case diagram.
3. We reviewed our class diagram as the whole team and identified the missing and incomplete points.
4. Our class diagram lacked some relation arrows between classes. So, we decided to watch some informative videos about UML Class Diagrams and how to form a class diagram and what different types of relation arrows mean. Afterwards, according to our reviews and the informative videos we have watched together, we finalized our class diagram.
5. We have identified that classes for searching operation for our project is missing. Therefore, we decided to add necessary classes to the class diagram.
6. One of our team members stopped doing his work and responsibilities alongside not communicating with us. He must have completed the classes related to chat feature of our project but he did not. To proceed to the sequence diagrams we needed to finalize our class diagram. So, we decided to assign someone else from our team for this issue.
7. Course class in the class diagram was not finished yet. It needed a final revision. We went over the discussion made in the comments of the issue and decided which parts we should focus on more.
8. We decided on which sequence diagrams we should create according to the pillar functionalities of our project.
9. After creating the list of sequence diagrams we assigned a member of our team to each item.
10. We have created an action plan to submit our work done related to the UML software design diagrams.

Important Notice

Since the deadline for the submission of PDF file consisting our work done about the UML diagrams is extended to the next week, deadlines specified below are no longer valid. Below deadlines were so near in time to finish the work for submission and submission of the PDF file is no longer necessary. So, item #18 is not necessary anymore.
