Compatibility
Below are sections regarding other modifications to SMG2 that have compatibility with the Galaxy Level Engine.
Note: The GLE developer(s) are not responsible for intentionally making sure that the GLE works with third party additives. This page merely documents what has been tested.
GLE is compatible with the SMG2 FPS Counter Layout with no additional setup needed.
GLE is compatible with the SMG2 Classic Controller mod with no additional setup needed.
GLE is compatible with the SMG2 Project Template, up to "Summer update".
There are some things to keep in mind though:
- The GLE files overwrite PT files where applicable.
- The Project Template's Power Star Color system does not do anything, as the GLE expects star colours to be handled by a different field in ScenarioData.bcsv. See Power Stars for more information.
GLE even enhances some of the objects that the SMG2 Project Template adds.

SuperSpinDriverGreen
is compatible with the GLE's new SW_B functionality. See SuperSpinDriver for more information.
Note: These enhancements do not require any special additions in order to function.
GLE is compatible with code generated with Syati, but only if you avoid changing anything that the GLE touches.
The space used for the Syati loader is not used by the GLE, so there is no need to worry about that.
