Standing Orders Overview Page
This page provides a full list of any standing orders that the customer currently has with the company. It shows useful information for each, in addition to a search feature, and edit buttons.
If you'd like to use standing orders on a Neto website, please contact our support team for more information on the costs involved in setting this up.
The search field allows you to search for your standing orders using an order ID, invoice number, or purchase order number, with the additional option to filter by status (active, or inactive).
A list of all standing orders for the customer is presented here, including information such as the standing order ID, date placed and date started, current status, the order amount, the next delivery date for the order, and the fulfillment date.
Clicking on the standing order ID link will take you to page with detailed information about the order; you can find more information about this here: insert link here
The "send order now" link will force the order to be sent immediately, rather than having to wait for the next delivery date. The "edit order" link takes you to a page where you can edit the order, the details of which are covered here: insert link here
