Minutes

1. Release is done, announcement will be coming out shortly.
   1. The webinar is tomorrow at 1pm ATL and is overbooked.
   2. Sandbox has been rebuilt with the released code.
2. Looking for a small group of people that would want to create/support a similar tool in Drupal 8 or come up with a list/plan of various modules/tips/tricks to do the same operations as Datastream CRUD.
   1. Marcus Barnes would be interested in this for the 7.x branch and expects to want the similar abilities in Drupal 8.
   2. Mark Jordan will e-mail the Islandora mailing list to ask for interest.
   3. Would like to include the GUI integration from Willow Gillingham
3. Kent State has a pilot project and shared a tool to do OAI-PMH requests for Drupal 8.
   1. Seth Shaw has an interest and has commented on the tool and is expecting to help move it forward.
4. Issues
   1. Should do something more elegant.
   2. Something in Drupal 8 called micro-site, which "sounds" like it does a lot of what Drupal 7 calls multi-site. Need every member to have their own site, but also an over-arching site. Perhaps a search aggregation or something like Domain Access
   3. Examples code to update file extensions. Should add some of this to the documentation.
   4. Mark to create a context condition.
   5. Seth forgot to create an issue this PR so it was missed for the release, it should go in now.
   6. Allow people to add multiple taxonomy terms to a file. Then people could add new specific ones. We should have better documentation of the current "defaults". Using Drupal fields means we also have the limitations of those fields for future updates.
   7. Cool hackfest type project, need to find a list of items. Something like entity API recursive could be useful, or perhaps a View that just outputs the node ids for use in an external script.
