• Clone the release repo
• Run a new bloom-release on it.

Note that it now lets you add all information to the release (source, status, docs, etc...) which is awesome. No need to add anything manually to rosdistro anymore.

Example

$ git clone https://github.com/yujinrobot-release/qt_ros-release.git
$ cd qt_ros-release
$ bloom-release qt_ros --track indigo --rosdistro indigo --new-track
