Opentrons: Robot Roy
Robot Roy is an Opentrons machine the Wallace lab bought in 2020. It is a liquid transfer machine designed to help us when we need to do massive amounts of pipetting. However, you can still use it for smaller amounts now.
Currently there are two QPCR protocols. One will allow you to do a full 384 well plate quickly using the multichannel pipette and the other only uses a single channel pipette which is best used for small amounts of samples.
