Host Home Proof of Concept

The POC is a digitization of the existing process as described and created by Andrew Gutierrez, of SPY. Project's purpose is to demonstrate the ability to create a hard grouping between location and youth that match the location criteria. The project will use fake data to create a database of 100 potential youth, to match with some number of locations.
