Bug Fixes

  • BestiaryLinks weren't working for NPCs places in GM Categories. Fixed.
  • Bestiary Refresh was demanding a classDC for creatures and NPCs that don't have it, making it not work. Fixed.

Two bugfixes to some poor behavior 🤖

Bug Fixes

  • The To Bestiary button in the actor sheet wasn't adding the actor to the bestiary correctly, causing bad behavior. Fixed.
  • Players weren't able to switch an NPC into CreatureView in some cases. Fixed.

Version with some neat features 🤖 ✌️

Features

  • Added shortcuts between the bestiary and the actor sheet. Button at the top of the Creature View and an icon in the header of the actor sheet.
  • Added customization so that the space for adding a Recall Knowledge Journal on the front page of the bestiary can now have any background picture and text to match some other purpose, or be disabled altogether.
  • Split the Bestiary Appearance menu into Bestiary Contents and Bestiary Appearance since it was getting too big.

Bunch of smaller improvements and corrections 🤖 👍

Features

  • Added a module setting to allow the GM to decide which parts of the Bestiary they want to make use of (Creatures/NPC Gallery/Hazards).

Bug Fixes/Changes

  • Improved initial load time of a Bestiary entity a lot. Especially PCs could take a noticeable second previously, but now it should be good.
  • Some attacks weren't being imported from PC Sheets. Improved.
  • Updated macros and all other module functions to recognise Hazards properly the same way creatures are.
  • The Hardness of Hazards wasn't being imported. Fixed.
  • Changed so that if a hazard has N/A for a save, then it's not displayed at all in the Hazard View.
  • Players could still misstakenly access the Recall Knowledge Attempt reset function in the Creature View notes section. Fixed.

New release with some good stuff and needed changes 🤖 ✌️

Features

  • Added import of PC Actors as NPCs in the Bestiary. PCs bring along the different fields from the Personality section into the NPC View, and all of them are individually revealable. Very likely that there are curious cases with PC feats I haven't considered, but most everything seems good 🎉

  • Added Recall Knowledge section to the Creature View. It shows the same DC information that the Actor sheet does for easy reference.

  • Creatures/NPCs/Hazards can now set their own individual Hide Image to be shown when the Hide filter is selected in the Avatar Menu (settings on the creature image).

Bug Fixes/Changes

  • GMs are shown the same completly black outline of creature images that players see when the filter mode is set to Outline, instead of the previous darkening.
  • Fixed so that players do not see the degree of success in the RK Knowledge sidebar of the Notes tab. Instead they are only shown how many times they have performed recall knowledge on the creature.
  • Corrected a bunch of cases where players would have section titles highlighted when hovering eventhough there is no function for them when clicking there.
  • Style fixes. Always style fixes.

  • Sidebar of CreatureView lost it's scrolling. Fixed.

Went over the Workbench Mystification integration and fixed it up again. 🤖
The way to set it up to work with Bestiary Mystification is as follows:

  • Enable Mystify Token Names in the PF2E Bestiary Tracking module settings.

  • Go to the PF2e Workbench module settings and into the Manage NPC Mystification Settingssubmenu. From there, enable the enable npc mystifier setting, then set the Key to mystify on drag to scene setting to Always.
