- Targeting 450 - 600 people
- We greatly prefer to have the location/date locked down by no later than the end of January '17
- Room set theatre-style for the keynotes and ignite sessions
- Room set in a large circle, large enough to hold all attendees (targeting 450-600)
- 8-10 breakout rooms with space to accommodate all attendees during the open spaces.
- Space for sponsors
- Space for breakfast and lunch
- Preferably in the District, must be metro rail accessible
- Good accessibility features
- Good wifi
- Prefer to avoid attendees having to go through security checkpoint
- Hotel and location for an evening event within walking distance
- Minimal security procedures for attendees
- Not a hotel, because of cost
- Prefer free or inexpensive location
- Onsite catering
- Local food options for people that want to go off site for meals
- Onsite staff for things like security, set-up, clean-up, furniture, etc.
- Good flow throughout the venue for easy access to sponsors and food
- Where we've held the conference the last two years
- We have likely outgrown the space
