Meeting Notes for 20150417 meeting held at Trademark restaurant in Alexandria, VA.

Open Questions (w/ Responsible Answer Finder):
- When can we setup sponsor tables? Can we do it Weds 06/10 night? - Mike DelNegro

- What can we expect from John Owens (CTO, USPTO) speaking-wise? - Nathen Harvey

- How many concurrent open spaces do we feel comfortable with given space constraints? - Mike DelNegro

- Should we list some possible open spaces suggestions mined from rejected talks and obvious ideas?
- No, but come prepared with some. We added a wordle to the website.
- Can John Willis provide a "State of DevOps" keynote? - Nathen Harvey

- Still pending approval.
- What is the process post-approval for keynotes? Someone assigned to counsel, track, preview slides, etc?
- Emails sent, office hours scheduled for Monday.
- What topics/categories do we want to try to ensure are covered by the talks?
- Schedule has been published.
- Can we ask Ryan McGeary to add tagging so we can categorize submissions? - James Martin

- What sort of sticker(s) should we have made?
- We need to determine the number of tickets for each bucket: sales + sponsors + staff = maximum capacity

- How do we register volunteers(staff)?
Additional Notes:
- Please review and rate the submissions by Wed, 4/22.
- Nathen will set a meeting for Fri, 4/24 for further discussion about the submissions.
- T-shirts for "staff" will be a different color.
- Agreed that swag bags will not be provided.
