DevOpsDC Meetup group was founded about 3 years ago. We've been meeting semi-regularly ever since. Since the very first meeting, there's been talk of brining DevOpsDays to DC. Over the years DevOps has grown more and more popular and is now reaching the mainstream. Time is right to bring DevOpsDays to our area.
Let's start with some introductions. Please tell us:
- Your name
- Your company / community affiliation
- Whether or not you've previously attended a DevOpsDays event
- Whether or not you've previously organized a conference
- Your primary motivation for wanting to help organize this event

It's awesome that we've had such interest in helping organize. But there is a such thing as too many organizers! There will be ample volunteer and sponsorship opportunities but we should target a core organizing committee of around 6-12 people.
