Follows #73

This PR modifies the Projects script, allowing us to specify Subjects Sets we want to exclude from the import.

  • This is useful when a project (e.g. Stereovision) uses a "beta test" Subject Set that's later removed when the project goes live.
  • At the moment, the only project that uses this "exclude X subject sets" special rule is Stereovision.
