Follows #74

This PR modifies the Projects script, excluding from its imports any Subject that doesn't belong to any Subject Sets.

i.e. this removes "deleted" Subjects.
For example, Subject 98826308 from the Stereovision project is marked as a "test" Subject and has subject.links.subject_sets = []
