Welcome to the TRIC_pipelines wiki!

Requirements

• some R libraries
• FSL (version ???)
  • add the information from FSL to the path FSL tutorial

Input data

• a BIDS dataset

Setup

• download the repository.
• install the missing R libraries.

Using the "dwi_skript.Rmd"

• set the path to your BIDS folder
• set the regular expression for subject-id
• switch topup correction "on" or "off"
• edit the acqparams.txt, calculate the missing values!

Copy data FA into nonFA folder

Copy and rename data of MD/L/RD/AD into this folder?
