Compatibility with OpenSearch 2.16.0

Description

We need to ensure the UI compatibility with the next version of OpenSearch v2.16.0.
This update is still being discussed, but we need to be aware of potential issues.

For that, we need to:

• Review opensearch-dashboard latest stable changelog.
• Identify improvements and potential impact on the UI.
• Create new tracking and development branches. https://github.com/wazuh/wazuh-dashboard/tree/4.10.0-2.16.0
• Develop a testing environment to verify our components would work under this new build.
• Update the version of OpenSearch dashboards in the plugins and add the new version for the development environments.

• Change the registration ID of the setting application wazuh-dashboard-plugins#6920
• Adapt the new menu of Opensearch Dashboard 2.16.0 wazuh-dashboard-plugins#6939
