1. No git push. Instead, we do GH pull request
2. On pull request approval the branch is merged

Changed Back to:

1. Git-Add, Git-Commit, and Git-Push on Updated SSP
2. GH-Action on Git-Push:
   1. Validates SSP
   2. Notifies Assessor that SSP was Changed
   3. Highlight What SSP parts were Changed (? Maybe it's easier to reference the original Request ?)
3. The secondary GH-Action runs the script for Assessment Results & PoAMs trigger over the S3
