Pull Request: Basic/Advanced Distinction + Examples Estimation Section Additions and Changes #51

Divided the examples in “Basic” and “Advanced”.
Edited them and made them (hopefully) prettier and more meaningful.

Some additions include:

Covariance Propagation Example
Juice GCO500 Example
Delfi-C3 Examples Modification (showing confidence ellipsoids)

To be fixed:
mars express example outputs are different from the ones currently shown on the tudat website
