not too many changes since the SHC build

ADDITIONS

  • removed SHC intro
  • doing 'all emeralds' code twice in level select menu gives all Super Emeralds
  • Ray's hyper ability has been buffed (now guarantees minimum soaring speed)
  • HPZ intro now spawns debris when lasers reach their destination (meant to allude to the "stone relics" lore)

BUGFIXES

  • AIZ encore intro no longer crashes when opening Schrodinger's Capsule
  • Mighty's hyper ability can no longer be "reactivated" after hitting a boss or a bumper
  • Ray's hyper ability now works underwater

immediately after uploading the SHC build i found out there was a bug that made it so super flickies won't attack bosses that was caused by a single line and it made me so fucking mad that i stopped working on the mod for like 3 days
don't worry though its fixed now :)

Basic run down of new features:

  • System that determines if/when entity is attackable has been overhauled for greater accuracy and less jank (still doesn't work with MMZ1 far planes tee hee)
  • Tails' Super Flickies now attack all bosses
  • Ray now has a hyper ability; rising during a glide will destroy nearby badniks and attract rings, holding opposite direction for <= 1 second will raise apex of ascension (indicated by sparkles)
  • Super Emerald transfer + collection cutscenes are far more polished/pretty much finished
  • Underwater palettes and new unactivated Super Emerald sprites by KiaraGale
  • Lots more options (see SETTINGS.md)

Probably forgot some stuff but here's all I could think of off the top of my head. Also be warned that the bug report with save games from the last release was never officially resolved so you still might want to be wary of that.

Currently 64-bit only, i'll add more architectures in the next release if theres demand for it.
Download a legacy version if you're still running the old pre-built binaries (i.e 1.0.0 RSDK5vU release with non-plus mania), keep in mind they use GameConfig.bin instead of Game.xml which may be of concern for you if your running it alongside other mods that add new content.

EDIT: i've recieved a bug report of HyperMania destroying pre-existing save files and replacing them with HyperManiaSaveData.bin. Just to be safe, make sure to back-up your current save. You can also use J.C. Fields' Sonic Mania save editor if you've already been effected by this.
