Definition

A campaign is a tracking of a stretch (a bank) of river by a user with the objective of collecting data on the presence of stranded wastes on the monitored riverbank.
The reach is the path between the first and last trajectory point.
The bank is a side of the river: there is the right bank and the left bank. The direction is determined by the water flow. Back upstream and face downstream.
A campaign has a start and end date.
A waste (trash point) is characterized by its GPS position and its collection date.
There is no relationship between the campaign reach and the river segment.
The campaign.model table is empty and seems to serve no purpose.
