Finally the clutter is gone

Added tabbed single window interface to battle the mess in your screenshots
You can still detach tabs to their own windows or use the old messy interface if you're weird
Added Scripts tab to load Lua scripts
Note: Lua scripting is unstable, unfinished, undocumented and I promise the API will still change all the time, so don't make anything huge, it will break.
