Plugin Develop Presets Dialog

The Plugin develop presets dialog is in Lightroom under File ⇢ Plug-in Extras ⇢ MIDI2LR ⇢ Develop Presets. Changes made in this dialog will be discarded if you press the cancel button.

Develop Presets Dialog

The Develop Presets Dialog allows you to assign up to 80 predefined develop presets to actions in MIDI2LR. Each list represents one preset. As you select a preset in the scrolling list, the Selected presets box to the right will update its list of actions assignments. After you set up presets in this dialog box, go to the app and assign the preset numbers to buttons.

It has to be set up in two steps, as the app doesn't know what presets you have. When you press a button assigned to Preset 1, all the app does is send the code Preset1 to the plugin. The plugin then looks up which preset you've assigned to slot 1, and applies that.

MIDI2LR saves a pointer to the Lightroom preset, not the settings inside the preset. If later you edit a preset, MIDI2LR will use the newest definition. Also, if later you delete a preset, MIDI2LR will not be able to use it any more.

Clearing presets

Clicking on a Selected presets box will clear that preset.
