Creating a training set from another kit

In version 0.2.0, I rewrote the training set preparation code (via the deepbinner prep command) custom-tailored for the native kit. If you want to make a training set for some other kit, you'll have the non-kit-specific code from Deepbinner v0.1.2.

Download that version and follow its training instructions.
