What's the difference between this and the GPD XD+?

Quite a lot actually, please see the table below. As far as non-technical differences go, the speakers in the XD+ are definitely inferior, as are the shoulder buttons and the screen. The XD+'s 5 GHz WiFi radio is better for streaming games through SteamLink.

What's the difference between this and the PowKiddy X15?

Other than form factor, they're very similar devices and perform similarly. They, however, do not share firmware 100%. Flashing x18 into x15 will brick device.
