Quite a lot actually, please see the table below. As far as non-technical differences go, the speakers in the XD+ are definitely inferior, as are the shoulder buttons and the screen. The XD+'s 5 GHz WiFi radio is better for streaming games through SteamLink. Obviously the x15 is an entirely different form factor that some prefer

Not a lot as you can see above. The X15 has a different form factor, 32 GB of internal storage, and 2 USB-A expansion ports. otherwise it will perform similarly, though it will feel very different in the hands. The x15 apparently has 5 GHz WiFi, which will work better with SteamLink (though PowKiddy's spewcs only list 2.4 GHz setups). However, the X15 also has a much smaller battery and weaker speakers.
