wiki: Autosubscribe option for edited pages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wiki information is outdated
2. Because people are not updating it
3. Because they are not involved and are not getting notifications about pages 
they've edited

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be subscribed by default to pages I've edited (at least to a new 
pages I've created for sure). There should be an option to opt-out.

This requires MoinMoin upgrade to work with latest Wiki version and finding a 
convenient way to store custom modifications (perhaps using Mercurial Queue).
