Description
Added EnableConcurrentSegmentSearch runner, this will be used in semantic search workloads like https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-benchmark-workloads/tree/main/noaa_semantic_search or one that is in PR opensearch-project/opensearch-benchmark-workloads#342
