The CI/CD pipeline will trigger when changes are pushed to config/_default/**. The pipeline will then package the config files into a zip and make them available at a static URL: https://github.com/nunocoracao/blowfish/releases/download/latest/config-default.zip

The Japanese in the docs of the Blowfish example site was not translated, so we translated everything.
I tried to follow the coding conventions as much as possible, such as putting spaces between English words and Japanese words.
A Japanese version of the README has also been added.
This is my first pull request, so I apologize if there are any funny parts.
