Update
computing-resources/neuropoly/README.mdwith information on Sept 2024 VPN changes. Section for people assigned toPolyQuartz(mostly interns) is underdeveloped because access protocols are still in flux for this particular class of people, and we lack concrete data about their use cases. Workarounds can be tested and confirmed for these users in the future.Closes #133.
