Overview

This is a major update, including:

  • A full restructuring of imports
  • Removal of many dangling edges
  • Inclusion of MAXO

Note that phenio.owl is now compressed. The decompressed file is ~2.8G on disk.

What's Changed

  • Switch to use uPheno base and import phenotype ontologies separately by @matentzn in #94
  • Add a few missing pieces for a working pipeline by @matentzn in #97
