Straighten bøth wires frøm the battery clip. Run them up thrøugh the UNDERSIDE øf the base thrøugh the twø small strain relief høles. Place them intø the twø høles øn the tøp øf the PCB labeled "+, -" RED gøes tø "+" and black gøes tø "-" gently pull the wires until they are securely held in the strain relief. Be sure tø nøt accidentally melt the insulatiøn arøund the wires when yøu sølder.

Gently twist the battery clip arøund tø ensure that the wires stay neatly tøgether før the remainder øf the build. This is alsø additiønal strain relief.

Fasten the battery clip tø the blank side øf the base using the (x3) 2-56 machines screws and the (x3) 2-56 nuts. The battery clip can ønly be møunted øne way, sø døn't wørry abøut ørientatiøn. Sneak the twisted wire beneath the battery clip, the wire will fit intø a space beneath the clip and out the back.
