Brings in several updates from upstream including melodic compatibility.
Also changes the device name in the udev rule script to
/dev/imuinstead of the default/dev/ttyACM0which made it difficult to set the parameter when multiple USB devices are being used.To install the udev rule run:
rosrun imu_3dm_gx4 add_rule
