Double trampoline skip

As usual unzip in bin/x64

1.04 patch for trampolines

This version patches the trampolines aka calling a function that just jumps.

I haven't benchmarked the performance impact (if any) but it's always better to jump as little as possible to avoid icache misses.

Unzip the content of Release.zip in bin/x64/

Fix AMD performance issues

Paste the content of the folder where Cyberpunk2077.exe is located (bin/x64) and just launch the game like you usually do.
