PlaScope v0.9 uses SPAdes 3.10.1 and Centrifuge 1.0.3 combined to a custom database (347 E. coli chromosome, 3127 plasmids from Enterobacteriaceae) to sort contigs according to their location (i.e. plasmid, chromosome or unclassified).
