Changes:
- Updated KARNAF_VERSION to 5.0.17.
- Added custom_list_item() function to ktools to manipulate status styles.
- Added custom_list_item() support to list.php, mylist.php and search.php.
- Removed the old status style manipulation code.
- Added status ttl support (automatic status change after X minutes).
- Changed edit.php to save the previous and new status names on the "Status changed" action.
- Added priority to statuses in order to control the status list order.
- Changed php/karnaf/new.php to automatically get the user's full name.
- Made sure the cc variable is set on php/karnaf-scripts/fetch-emails.php.
- Added html escaping to php/karnaf/mng_viewlogs.php.
