Trying to fix the black bar bug
had casting to int16 but datatype specified as uint16 - could explain why black bar problem got worse.. hopefully using int16 (instead of uint16) actually solves it now
spimprep-deps WIP
- can consider cleaning up repo and deps because of this, maybe once we test it out on more samples - also fixes a ome_zarr_to_nii bug when dealing with ome.zarr.zip

This uses bigstitcher-spark exclusively instead of fiji for stitching, global optimization, and fusion.
test it out on more samples
