Trying to fix the black bar bug
had casting to int16 but datatype specified as uint16 - could explain why black bar problem got worse.. hopefully using int16 (instead of uint16) actually solves it now

Wasn't able to figure out the problem here (was occuring with only certain datasets with many tiles), but it is resolved when using Bigstitcher-spark #52, so going to drop this PR.. |
