12x imaging config v4: Universal Coordinate Time (UTC) files

This release reflects the method used for imaging for most of 2017. Official tagging of this was deferred only to allow documentation updates. Zenodo now has DOI versioning; the "Concept/All versions" DOI for this repo is https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.594707

12x imaging config v3: Documentation update

Minor update; no changes to code.
New versioning scheme: just increment version integer, so that the number matches the Zenodo release number.

12x imaging config v1.1, for 8 hour days and local timezone

This is a minor update. Two of the helper scripts now print progress indicator messages. All other changes were documentation improvements and comment clean-up. I used files very much like these through 2017-02-28.

This release documents the system for the manuscript by Hoyer et al., and triggers creation of archival copy on Zenodo.org
