This release is unstable, many issues have been fixed with next build

Improvements:
Bug fixes. Performance Improvements. Some text made larger.
BROWSER ENGINE UPDATED to use latest version of Internet Explorer instead of IE 7 always!
Network Diagnostic improved.

New Features:
4 New Wallpapers - MSOE, Gone Fishing, River Sumida, and NT Server.
Themes!!! Luna (default), Classic, Olive Green, Zune, Embedded, Royale, Royale Noir, and MSOE (Red).
12 / 24 hour clock setting.

For Development
You can now enter "all" in run to open every JohnOS program.

Reset your settings in control panel after updating to prevent issues.
You can make your own theme by modifying the settings file of JohnOS 10, a theme editor will be added soon.
