This is a maintenance / bug fix release.
Improvements:
Fixed errors with media player
Fixed Windows 8.1 issue with the CPU / RAM meters crashing Control Panel - They are now in a separate program.

This is a maintenance / bug fix release. The new JohnOS Internet Service status icon and update checker have been very problematic but this should fix everything.
Improvements:
Fixed potential constant update checks that may be crashing my server.
Fixed JohnOS not loading when not connected to the internet or my server is down.
Increased efficiency of update checker.
Update easter egg to match JohnOS 9.
Small bug fixes.
Removed VB Power Packs references.
More comments in code.

Includes hotfix that enforces strict standards compliance for Internet Explorer
Improvements:
JohnOS's Network Diagnostic has been revamped to be less network-intensive
Easter Egg updated
HD vector start button icon, new icons in Control Panel and notification bar.
Browser Patcher has a new UI and is tested with IE versions 8 through 11. Should work with all versions.
Source code has some comments, I will work on adding comments with future updates.
Fixed some bugs introduced during development, these bugs did not affect previous version of JohnOS.
New Features:
JohnOS 10 now checks for updates when it checks for an internet connection. This has been activated for older versions of JohnOS 10.

Browser has a search button now, uses DuckDuckGo.
Browser configuration has been split from the Desktop method to prevent crashing on certain systems.
Browser information box now includes user agent.

This release is unstable, many issues have been fixed with next build

You can now enter "all" in run to open every JohnOS program.
Reset your settings in control panel after updating to prevent issues.
You can make your own theme by modifying the settings file of JohnOS 10, a theme editor will be added soon.
